Tagaytay

Tagaytay is situated approximately 1 hour from Manila. The TAAL Volcano may be seen from above only. TAAL is on an island that was made when it erupted. With the affluent tourism Tagaytay is a very busy little town. After viewing the volcano, we all went to a buffet of native cuisine. This was my first taste of the wonderful food they have to offer. At this buffet I tasted the Chicken Adobo, the Pork Adobo, the Adobong Manok, the native Chop Suey and all of those delicious dishes that I cannot remember the names. One thing that I have eaten was fish, I don't eat fish, this one was tasty. The group sitting at a table was part of our trip. Americans, Chinese and locals.

Smallest Volcano in the World

TAAL Volcano is the smallest Volcano in the world you can see the crater unfortunately we could not get closer. It was a very hazy day, haze was all around the volcano. The sun was extremely strong and the humidity was very high, it rained only two days during my trip.
